He was licensed as a salesperson with the California Department of Real Estate in November 1993 and later earned his broker license in May 1999. He has over 35 years of experience in the real estate industry as a Real Estate Specialist. In the commercial lending space, he has closed over $5 billion in commercial real estate loans. He is a dynamic entrepreneurial real estate financing strategist and leader, with a proven track record of successfully driving multimillion dollar sales in highly competitive markets. Rob Kilian is a Vice President of Loan Originations at TLC Financial Network, Inc., where he recently joined as a new team member. Rob brings over 20 years of commercial banking expertise in all facets of commercial real estate lending and is a Graduate from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. He recently served as a Market President, overseeing and originating a diverse and complex commercial real estate portfolio from small to mid and large-size community banking organizations. He has extensive knowledge of bank credit underwriting, to assist in structuring and tailoring to specific needs, providing the best solution for each client. He prides himself on building long-term relationships with all clients built on trust, integrity, excellent communication, follow-up, professionalism, knowledgeable insights, and working in the best interests of each client. He is a proven respected leader and takes pride in exceeding expectations in all interactions with investors, co-workers, and business partners. He has been married to his wife Tracy for 27 years and has two sons, two daughters, and four grandchildren.
