Our Process

Conveniently complete our Quick App online on our website. Within approximately 24 hours, we will contact you to discuss the details of your loan request. At that time, we may request further information, in order to present accurate and reliable loan options to you. Once you are ready to proceed, you'll receive a DocuSign email requesting that you sign the Loan Options, Term Sheet, Letter of Interest and/or Conditional Loan Approval that were presented and discussed with you. Once you have signed and accepted the initial terms, we will move your file to Step 2 in the process. 

Once we review your completed application and uploaded docs, and start processing your loan, look out for an automated email that will contain your initial loan status & required doc checklist. The checklist will show the status of each required doc. Please make sure you click the link to upload the required docs if there are any outstanding docs still remaining. Remember, although our system will automatically send periodic emails when required. It's a good idea to make sure you save the initial Welcome & Login Portal email in a safe and familiar place, where you can gain quick access to your personal secured portal whenever needed.
